Welcome to EasyHealth.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the EasyHealth mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using EasyHealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

EasyHealth is a health and wellness application that may provide tools and features for:

  • Heart rate measurement and tracking;
  • Health record management;
  • Other health-related tracking features.

Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EasyHealth. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws;
  • Provide accurate information where applicable;
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes;
  • Maintain the security of your device.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the App;
  • Interfere with the operation of the App;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services related to EasyHealth.

4. Medical Disclaimer

EasyHealth is intended solely for wellness, health tracking, record keeping, and informational purposes.

EasyHealth:

  • Is not a medical device;
  • Does not provide medical diagnosis;
  • Does not provide treatment recommendations;
  • Does not provide professional healthcare advice.

Any information presented within the App should not be relied upon as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

5. Subscriptions

EasyHealth may offer optional premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase;
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
  • Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
  • Subscriptions can be managed through Apple Account Settings.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in EasyHealth, including software, content, graphics, trademarks, and designs, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EasyHealth is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

  • Availability of the App;
  • Accuracy of information;
  • Reliability of services;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Continuous or error-free operation.

Your use of EasyHealth is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyHealth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation:

  • Health-related decisions;
  • Data loss;
  • Service interruptions;
  • Device issues;
  • Loss of profits or opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EasyHealth if these Terms are violated or where required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EasyHealth following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
